Folios 16-17: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. Covering letter for the enclosed, as per their Direction dated 26 February 1803, reason given by Lord William Fitzroy Commander of HMS Fairy for not sending the State and Condition of HMS Fairy.
Folios 18-19: enclosure with folios 16-17. Letter dated 1 March 1803 by William FitzRoy, HMS Fairy, Deptford, to Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound. States the reason for not sending the State and Condition Report was that he had not received any printed forms.
