Folios 12-13: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. States that a quantity of stores having been embezzled from HMS Hound by the Boatswain, whom he has delivered to the Civil Power, while Lieutenant Buller was Commanding Officer and Mr Adam Kellock, Gunner, Walking the Deck. He request Orders for a Court Martial on Lieutenant Buller for Neglect of Duty, Absence without Leave, Disobedience of Orders and Intoxication. Also [one for] Mr Adam Kellock, Gunner, for Neglect of Duty whilst he was Walking the Deck and in Conniving at the same.
