Folios 8-9: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. States that their orders dated 4 February which he did not receive until after HMS Hound was Paid off, that he has according to their directions discharged all the new entered men since the Peace into HMS Diligence. He likewise states that Anthony Armary having applied to him for his discharge from the Service, being his Servant and an Italian, was originally a passenger going home but there being no opportunity of landing him in his native country he was entered upon HMS Hounds Ships Books. he request they grant his discharge.
