Folios 4-5: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. Reply to letter dated 29 January 1803 acquainting him of his appointment to Command HMS Hound as soon as she is paid off and to direct the Lieutenants to take up their Commissions for her accordingly. He informs that Mr William Child, First Lieutenant was sent lame to Haslar Hospital on 19 January 1803.
