Folios 1-2: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. Reference his orders dated 31 January 1803 where he is order once HMS Hound is paid off to re-commission her. States his orders dated 8 January 1803 Commanding him to put HMS Hound in a proper state for being delivered into the hands of the Officers of the Yard at Deptford and having received orders to that purpose and having received no orders to the contrary, that she is totally dismantled. Her list of defects has been delivered to the Officers of the Yard, copy enclosed. States that the Pay Books were sent to the Navy Office from Gravesend on 24 January 1803.
