Folios 258-259: James Montagu, HMS Montagu, Hamoaze. Advises that in the opinion of the Physician and the ship's Surgeon, several of the ship's men have relapsed in the flux because they are sleeping in the same bedding which belonged to them when they were first afflicted. Asks for the Officers of the yard to be directed to provide new bedding.
