Folios 208-209: Anthony James Pye Molloy, 7 Craven Street, Strand, London. Encloses a list of witnesses to be examined at his Court Martial. Observes that Captains Bentinck and Cracraft are on the list but he understands are not in the Kingdom, but he asks that despite their absence he doesn't wish any delay to the Court Martial hearing. In their absence he asks for reports and minutes of HMS Brunswick and HMS Phaeton may be transmitted to him as he believes they will have reported favourably about his actions on HMS Caesar on 29 May and 1 JUNE 1794. Asks for copies of the minutes of the frigates to Admirals Graves, Gardner and Paisley.
Folios 210-211: enclosed with folios 208-209. List of names dated 24 December 1794 by Captain Molloy to the Admiralty. Persons listed to be examined as evidence at Captain Molloy's Court Martial.
