Second party: Philip Darcy.
Place or subject: The earl grants Philip four marks of rent issuing from the farm of his manor of Burreth [Tupholme] and his manor of Donington [Donington on Bain], namely £5 from the manor of Burreth and ten marks from the manor of Donington, to be received from year to year by the hands of his tenants and bailiffs, issuing from their farms in those manors at the usual terms. To hold to Philip for the whole of his life by the services due to the earl in peace and war, namely in the wars of England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. [Further details given].
