Folio: 489v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter K. Quitclaim.
First party: Justina de Thorndon, widow.
Second party: Henry de Lacy, earl of Lincoln, and Margaret, his wife.
Place or subject: All her right and claim in three and a half acres of land with appurtenances lying in Coulyng [Cowlinge] and abutting on one side upon le Slethiscroft and on another side upon le Rowemede, which land fell to Justina by the death of Hugh de Kersingham.
County: [Suffolk].
Additional people: Witnesses: Alan Macy; John Londreys; Walter de Clopton; Thomas and Richard de Caudebek; Gilbert and John de Schelford [Shelford]; and John Pogeys.
Dated at Coulyng [Cowlinge].
