Place or subject: All William's right and claim in homages, wardships, reliefs, escheats, rents, services, lands, tenements, meadows, pastures and pasturages in the vills and territories of Wyflingham [Willingham] and Stowe [Stow], which William sought to be his right and inheritance by the death of Robert, son of Robert Wale of Wyflingham [Willingham], by the king's writ before John de Vallibus [Vaux], William de Seham [Saham] and their fellow itinerant justices at Lincoln on Sunday next after the Purification of the Blessed Mary, 10 Edw I [8 February 1282]. To hold all these rights and claims to Henry and Margaret and their heirs or assigns without any reservation.
