Place or subject: Eighty acres of land and meadow in Seggebrok [Sedgebrook], namely all the lands and tenements with appurtenances which Nicholas had on the day of the completion of this deed in Sedgebrook, without any reservation, in exchange for all the lands and tenements which the earl had and held on the day of the completion of this deed in Staneleye [Stanley] by Cestrefeld [Chesterfield], which he gave to Nicholas in exchange and confirmed by his charter.
