First party: John, son of Roger de Londres [London] of Coulyng.
Second party: Henry de Lacy, earl of Lincoln, and Margaret, his wife.
Place or subject: The whole of John's right and claim in all tenements, lands, woods, meadows, pastures, homages, services, rents of freeholders, villeins holding villeinages and their followings, mills with their appurtenances, which fell to John, or ought to lawfully fall in or could fall to him by the death of Hugh de Kersyngham in the vill of Couling [Cowlinge], without any reservation from John or his heirs. For this quitclaim the earl and Margaret gave John six marks in advance.
