First party: Roger le Arpur of Wyflingham [Willingham] and Agnes, his wife.
Second party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln, constable of Chester, and Margaret his wife.
Place or subject: All their right and claim in the name of Agnes in homages, wardships, reliefs, escheats, rents, services, lands, tenements, meadows, pastures and pasturages in the vills and territories of Wyflingham [Willingham] and Stowe [Stow], which right and claim they seek to be the right and inheritance of Agnes by the decease of Robert, son of Robert Wale of Wyflingham [Willingham], by the king's writ before John de Vallibus [Vaux], William de Seham [Saham] and their fellow itinerant justices at Lincoln on Sunday next after the Purification of St Mary, 10 Edw I [8 February 1282]. To hold all those rights and claims of Agnes to Henry de Lascy and Margaret, his wife, and their heirs or assigns without any reservation.
