Place or subject: Four roods of land in the fields of Herdewica [Eynesbury Hardwick], namely two roods in Gatdena which lie next to the demense of Margaret, countess of Winchester, and two roods of land in Galewedona which lie between the land of Martin Hoye and the land of Thomas son of Hervey. For his service. For one mark which Hawise gave to John. To hold to Hawise and her heirs or assigns of John and his heirs freely, quietly, honourably and in inheritance. Paying 1d yearly at Easter for all service, custom and demand.
