First party: Jordan son of Geoffrey and Juliana, daughter of William Wale, his wife.
Second party: Hawise de Quincy.
Place or subject: The whole land with appurtenances which the said Jordan and Juliana had in Herdewic [Eynesbury Hardwick], namely four and a half selions which lie upon Hundelowa next to Hawise's cultivated field; and three and a half selions in Braches which lie in width next to Red, and they abut upon Aldestrate; and five selions below Fulewell which lie next to Hawise's cultivated field; and four selions which lie on the other side of Dene between the land which was of Richard de Sudbir' and Cecily Wale; and two selions which lie in the croft against la Grene between the lands of Richard and Cecily; and four selions which lie next to Wuldenehull by the land of Cecily. To hold to Hawise and her heirs or assigns of Jordan and Juliana and their heirs in fee and inheritance, freely, quietly and honourably forever, paying 1d yearly to Jordan and Juliana and their heirs at Easter for all service, custom and demand. For this grant Hawise gave to Jordan and Juliana four marks.
