First party: Richard, son of Richard Ancipicis.
Second party: Hawise de Quency [Quincy], countess of Lincoln.
Place or subject: The whole meadow which Richard had in Bondemancraft, and one acre of land in Wranacre lying between the land of Richard son of Baldwin towards the west and the land of Alice Ancipitis towards the east, abutting towards the south upon the land of Hugh le Bret and towards the south upon the land of Ralph le Bret, namely that meadow and acre which Richard held of Hawise. To hold to Richard and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly and peacefully.
