Place or subject: Whatever right or action Maud had or could have in the land which pertained to the capital messuage of Hugh Herbud and Godfrey, his son, namely in the parish of St Clement in the bailiwick of Lincoln, in other words the land which William son of Luke gave to Maud in dower and which he bought from Robert Parvus. For 40d which Payn gave to Maud.
