Place or subject: £10 of land in Navenebi [Navenby] from the fee of Roger Pictav' [Poitevin] which are of the honor of Lancastre [Lancaster]. To hold of the king and his heirs. For which Eustace did homage to the king. Eustace and his heirs are to hold those £10 with appurtenances in meadows, pastures, waters, mills, ways, paths and in all other places and things pertaining, with all liberties and free customs, as well, in peace, freely, quietly, fully, entirely and honourably, as William, his father, held them at any time.
