Place or subject: The house of Walter de Amundivilla [Amundeville] of Chimerbi [Kingerby], and whatever pertains to it in Kingerby, Osgotebi [Osgodby] and Ouresbi [Owersby] and in all other places. As long as the king has the bishopric of Lincoln in his hands, the earl will hold it well and in peace.
