First party: William Cusin, son of Gilbert Cusin.
Second party: William, son of Ralph de Thorp.
Place or subject: Two tofts and one bovate of land with all appurtenances in the vill of Halington [Hallington], which Henry Long held of William Cusin; and Henry with his whole following and all his chattels. For his homage and service. To hold of William Cusin and his heirs to William son of Ralph and his heirs or assigns well, in peace, freely, absolutely and in inheritance, paying yearly to William Cusin and his heirs one pair of gloves at the feast of St Botolph and doing to the chief lord of the fee foreign service, as far as it pertains to one bovate of land of the same fee in the same vill, for all service and secular exaction.
