Place or subject: Half a mark of rent which he used and ought to pay to Beatrice for the two bovates of land and two tofts he holds of her with appurtenances in the vill of Burgo [Burgh] and in its territory, and whatever could fall to her or her heirs from that tenement, both in wardships and in reliefs and suits of courts, and in any other services, demands and customs, saving foreign service.
