Place or subject: The land of Sumercote [Somercotes], concerning which William son of Robert gave and granted to Hugh the homage and service of William de Sciss. To hold of Hugh and his heirs to William and his heirs, paying 4s yearly to Hugh and his heirs for all service at the feast of St Botolph.
