Second party: Walter Bec, son of Henry Bec of Eresby.
Place or subject: Four marks of quit-rent in the vill of Fulestawe [Fulstow] with all services, homages and escheats, which could fall in and which Alan and Beatrice his wife and their heirs were accustomed to do. To hold to Walter and his heirs and assigns of Henry and his heirs and assigns freely, quietly, entirely, with all appurtenances, paying to Henry and his heirs for all service one pair of gloves at Easter or one halfpenny.
