First party: William, son of Richard son of Walter de Hemminby [Hemingby].
Second party: Peter Galle of Manneby [Manby].
Place or subject: 8d of annual rent which Peter and his predecessors were accustomed to pay to William and his ancestors at two terms of the year, namely 4d at the feast of St Botolph and 4d at Martinmas, for one toft with appurtenances in Hemmynby [Hemingby] between two ways, lying on the south side and the north, abutting towards the east upon the land of Roger son of Nigel. For a certain sum of money which Peter gave to William in advance. To hold to Peter, his heirs and assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace forever without any claim or demand from William and his heirs.
