Folios: 465v-466. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter I. Grant.
First party: Galiena, daughter of Arnold de Welleton [Welton].
Second party: William, son of Peter de Kilvingholm [Killingholme].
Place or subject: The whole of her land in the territory of Welleton [Welton] with appurtenances, excepting the tenement of the hospital and Welhov; and also the rent of 4d from one toft. To hold of Galiena and her heirs freely, quietly and honourably, paying 44d yearly to Galiena and her heirs, namely 11d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas, for all service.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Maud, daughter of Galiena. Witnesses: Henry the chaplain; John de Kokerint' [Cockerington], then steward of the count of Brittany; John son of Thomas; Gilbert de Hundelby [Hundleby]; William son of Abraham; Ralph the clerk; William son of Aldieth; and John, his son.
