First party: Basillia, late relict of John Bell of Welleton [Welton].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The whole of her right and claim in all the lands or tenements with appurtenances which came to her after the death of her father and mother, and which Philip has by the sale of John, later her husband, by charter in the vill and territory of Wellet' [Welton]. For a certain sum of money which Philip gave to Basillia in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, well and in peace without any challenge or claim from Basillia and her heirs forever.
