First party: John Belle of Luda [Louth], and Basillia, daughter of John son of Alexander de Welletona [Welton].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Two acres of land and one perch with appurtenances in the territory of Welleton [Welton], one acre and fourteen 'falls' of which lie on the east side of the vill between the lands of Hemine de Blesseby [Bleasby] on the west side and of Jeliana, daughter of John son of Alexander, on the east side, the sides of which abut towards the north upon Smalling and towards the south upon Norhthendale, and one acre and twenty-six 'falls' in Doflandes on the west side of the vill lie between the lands of William de Blesseby on the north side and of Jeliana, daughter of John, on the south side, the sides of which abut towards the east upon the headland of William de Blesseby and towards the west upon Landmare, namely the whole land which John and Bassilia had in those places. For half a mark which Philip gave to John and Basillia in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to John and Bassilia and their heirs one halfpenny at the feast of St Botolph for all services, customs, suits of courts and demands.
