Folios: 464v-465. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter I. Quitclaim.
First party: Galiena, daughter of Peter de Wellt' [Welton].
Second party: Clement the clerk of Bulingbroc [Bolingbroke].
Place or subject: All her right and claim in the tenement which Clement had in the vill and territory of Wellt' [Welton] by the gift of William, late dean of Sticford [Stickford], and in the rent of Maud, daughter of Galiena, her kinswoman, and in his toft, without reservation.
County: [Lincolnshire].
