Folio: 464v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter I. Quitclaim.
First party: Ralph, son of John Wiles of Wellet' [Welton].
Second party: Henry the chaplain of Wellet' [Welton].
Place or subject: The lands which Maud, Ralph's mother, gave to Henry. To hold to Henry, just as Maud's charter bears witness, namely for 3s which Henry gave to Ralph.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Ralph son of William; John, his brother; Alan son of Gilbert; Henry son of Walter; Adam Fossard; Henry son of Osbert; John son of Alexander; and Alan son of William.
