First party: Walter, late son of William son of Hernise de Sumercotes [Somercotes].
Second party: Peter, son of Odo Galle of Sauflethebi [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Two acres of arable land lying in the vill of Sumercotes [Somercotes] in a place called Sumerhet between the land which was of Richard Gikell next on the south sid, and the land of John, son of Harald de Sumercotes [Somercotes] on the south side, and they are contained in one selion, the east side of which abuts upon Sumerhetdic and the west side upon Neulanddic, with all appurtenances, commons, liberties and easements pertaining to those two acres.
