Folios: 464-464v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter I. Quitclaim.
First party: William de Sehs.
Second party: Hugh Bard.
Place or subject: The whole of William's land of Sculpholm [Scupholme], namely that which was of Edric, with all appurtenances, and similarly William son of Godric, who lives at Sumercotis [Somercotes], with his whole tenement, and with 6s which he owes yearly from the fee farm, without any reservation. To hold to Hugh or his assigns free, quit and absolute from William and his heirs forever freely, quietly and honourably, as the charters which William had from William son of Robert, lord of that ground, bear witness. William de Sehs delivered those charters to Hugh Bard. For this quitclaim Hugh gave William £7 8s 8d sterling.
