First party: Richard, son of Auni, and Hugh, his brother.
Second party: Andrew Galle.
Place or subject: Two acres of arable land lying between the lands of Clement son of Anger, and abutting upon Richard's and Hugh's croft, with free entry and exit to the royal way through the middle of their toft and croft in common years. To hold to Andrew and his heirs of Richard and Hugh and their heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance for all service and secular exaction. For 20s which Andrew gave to Richard and Hugh.
