First party: Richard, son of Robert de Wellet' [Welton].
Second party: Henry de Witchale [Withcall], son of Adam.
Place or subject: Four selions of arable land in the territory of Wellet' {Welton] lying next to the land of the church at Standard. To hold in pure and perpetual alms, paying yearly to the rectors of the church of Wellet' [Welton] one halfpenny at Christmas for the salvation of Richard's soul, for all secular service, exaction and custom.
