First party: William son of Robert.
Second party: Hugh Bard.
Place or subject: The homage and service of William de Seiss from the land of Sumercote [Somercotes], which William de Seiss held of William son of Robert. For his service. William de Seiss and his heirs will hold the land from Hugh and his heirs, paying 4s yearly at the feast of St Botolph.
County: [Lincolnshire].
