First party: William, son of Walter de Germenthorp [Grainthorpe].
Second party: Philip Galle of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: William has attorned Philip and his heirs, on William's behalf and that of his heirs, to receive the whole service which William Prest, Gilbert son of William and Alan the carpenter and their heirs used to pay to William for the tenements they once held of him in the territory of Wellethon [Welton], both in fee farms and also in suits and in all other things, which could in any way belong to William by reason of escheat or wardship or in any way. William has also attorned Philip and his heirs, on William's behalf, to do the lord the service of 4s 2d for the tenement he holds of William in the territory of that vill, whose parts William handed over to Philip.
