Place or subject: Ninety-two selions of arable land, containing forty-four acres in the territory of Welletun [Welton], with all appurtenances, which William and his heirs will warrant to Philip and his heirs for 4s 2d of annual rent to be paid to the lords of the fee, for all services and demands, the parts of which lie in the places written below, namely on the west side of the vill in Litteldalehil two selions between the land of Gilbert son of William on the south side and the land of the rector of the church of the same vill; on the north side in Blakelandes three selions between the land of Geoffrey son of Hernise; on the west side in Suht Blakelandes, one selion next to the land of Alan son of Walter; in Littel Haw one selion between the land of Walter de Salfleteby [Saltfleetby] on the south side and the land of Osbert Synrewe on the north side; in Westerdale Furlanges two selions between the land of Alan son of Walter; on the south side in another place in Westerdalefurlanges two selions next to the land of Alan son of Walter; on the south side in Westerdalehil three selions next to the land of Odo son of Richard; on the west side, in another place in Westerdalehil, two selions next to the land of Alan son of Walter; on the south side in Westerdale on the lower side, three selions next to the land which was of Gilbert de Hundelby [Hundleby]. In the same Dowelandes one selion between the land of Odo son of Richard on the north side and the land which was of Joce; on the south side in another place in Dowelandes one selion whose west side abuts upon Catebygate; in Coppedelehow two selions between the land of the prior of Ormsby on the west side, and the land of Basilia on the east side; in Lambecote Sike two selions between the land of the prior of Ormsby on the north side and the land of Thomas son of Wimerhc; on the south side in another place in Lambecotesike one selion between the land of the prior of Ormsby on the east side, and it abuts upon Lambecotesike; in Haldipittes three selions of land between the land of Roger Rudde on the west side and the land of John son of Alexander; on the east side in another place in Haldipittes two selions between the land of John son of Alexander on the west side and the land of Alice wife of Osbert; in Noutegates one selion next to the land of John son of Alexander; in Hettifurlanges two selions, and they abut upon le Noutegate towards the west; in Hadeldale on the east side two selions between the land of Adam Fossar on the west side. On the north side of the cross four selions between the land which was of Ralph the shepherd on the east side and the land of Osbert Synrewe on the west side. On the west side of the cross one selion next to the common way of Welletun [Welton]; in Maretayne four selions between the land of Osbert Synrewe on the west side, and it abuts upon the way of Luda [Louth]. In Meseldale two selions between the land of Alan son of Gilbert on the west side, and the land of Hugh Fossar on the east side. On the east side of the same vill one headland at Waterflays, and it lies next to the land of William son of Aldye. Also six selions abutting upon that headland, and they lie between the land of the mother church of Lincoln [Lincoln Cathedral] and the land of Ala, son of Brian. Also two selions on the east side of Thowelgate, namely between the land of Alan Brian and the land of William de Bleseby [Bleasby]. Also one selion on the west side of Thowelgate, namely between the land of Osbert Kinel and the land of William, nephew of Henry the priest. Also one selion at Ynarhc Thowelgate between the land of Hugh Neucumen and John son of Osbert. Also two selions on the west side of Alan in Monte, namely between the land of William de Bleseby and the land of Alan Brian. Also three selions at Ynarht Luyegate between the land of Robert de Bleseby and Stacwong. Also one selion at Litelburk, namely between the land of William son of Alyet and John son of Osbert, clerk. Also one selion at Onyenhewedland between the land of the son of Brian and William son of John. Also one selion in that cultivated land between the land of Alan son of Brian and William de Bleseby. Also two selions lying at Standard on the east side of the vill between the land of the prior of Ormsby and the land of Walter de Marisco. Also one selion lying at Luyegate in the same field between the land of William de Bleseby and the land of Henry the chaplain. Also on the south side of Brameclive next to Luyegate two selions.
