First party: William, son of Geoffrey de Weltune [Welton].
Second party: Ranulf Snec of Luda [Louth].
Place or subject: Two selions of arable land in the territory of Weltune [Welton], namely on the east side of the vill. And they lie at Langwell next between the land which was of Robert Wiles and the land of Alan son of Alexander. Fully and entirely, without any reservation. To hold to Ranulf and his heirs or assigns of William and his heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance, paying yearly to William and his heirs one farthing at Christmas for all secular services, customs and demands.
