Second party: Walter Bech.
Place or subject: Two selions lying between the land of Walter Bech towards the west and the land of William de Scremby towards the east, abutting upon Lambert's gate towards the south. To hold to Walter and his heirs of Lambert and his heirs in fee and inheritance, freely, quietly and honourably, paying yearly to Lambert and his heirs one halfpenny for all service at the feast of St Botolph.
