Second party: John, son of Peter Galle of Manneby [Manby], his nephew.
Place or subject: The capital messuage of John son of Odo in the vill of Welleton [Welton] and all tofts, rents, homages, fees and all lands and tenements which John had in the vills and territories of Welton, Halington [Hallington], Burgo [Burgh] and Hemmyngby [Hemingby], with all appurtenances, liberties and easements, without any reservation. To hold to John son of Peter and the heirs he has with Joan, daughter of Henry, son of William de Wythcale [Withcall], freely, quietly and in inheritance, doing yearly to John son of Odo and his heirs the services and customs which belong to those tenements, for all secular services and demands.
