Second party: Alan de Londoniis and Emma, his wife.
Place or subject: The whole third part of the vill of Redmereshil which falls to Robert, with the messuage and capital dwelling house and with all appurtenances which pertain to that part within Haliwarfolk. For Alan's homage and service. To hold to Alan, Emma, his wife, and their heirs or assigns freely, quietly and honourably from all service, custom and exaction, doing foreign service. Paying 10s to Robert and his heirs yearly at the feast of St Botolph.
