First party: Peter, son of Adam de Holm of Lincoln.
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: All lands and tenements and the whole wood which were of the dower of Maud, late wife of Osbert de Bulbeth, which Philip has by the feoffment of Herbert Putterell in Thatwell [Tathwell]. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, well and in peace, just as is contained in his charters of enfeoffment Philip has concerning these lands.
