First party: Walter son of Thorold and Ellas, his brother.
Second party: Henry, son of Adam de Witchalis [Withcall], chaplain.
Place or subject: One selion on the west side of Lonedale lying between Henry's land and the land which was of John Wiles, and one selion in the same furlong lying between John's land and the land of Galiena daughter of Arnold, and one perch lying opposite to Tadewellegate next to Henry's land, and one acre at Theuedale next to the land of Walter son of Alan. To hold in pure and perpetual alms to Henry and his assigns quit from all secular service, paying yearly to God, St Andrew and the rectors of the church of Wellet' [Welton] one halfpenny at Chirstmas for the salvation of the souls of Walter and Elias for all service, exaction and custom.
