First party: Edith, daughter of William, son of Lelle of Wellet' [Welton].
Second party: Henry, son of Adam de Witchal [Withcall], chaplain.
Place or subject: Four selions of arable land in the territory of Wellet' [Welton] with appurtenances, namely two selions at Standard lying between the land of the nuns of Ormesby [Ormsby] and the land of Richard son of Robert, and two entire selions lying on the east side of Redmundhou between the land which was of John son of Thomas and the land of Alan son of Richard. To hold freely, quietly and honourably in pure and perpetual alms, paying yearly one penny's worth of wax to the altar of St Mary in the church of St Andrew of Wellet' [Welton] at Christmas for Edith's salvation and that of her [blank], for all service, exaction and custom.
