First party: Thomas de Queldric [Wheldrake].
Second party: Henry, son of Adam de Witchal [Withcall], chaplain.
Place or subject: Five selions of arable land in the territory of Welleton [Welton] with appurtenances, namely three selions lying on the west side of the vill of Welton next to the land of the church, and two selions lying between the land of Osbert Kinel and the land which was of Oliver, and they abut upon the headland of the same Osbert in Westerdale and upon the fore-earth of Walter son of Alan. To hold in pure and perpetual alms, paying yearly one halfpennyworth of wax at the altar of St Mary in the church of St Andrew, at Christmas, for the salvation of Thomas's soul and the souls of his [blank] for all service, exaction and custom.
