Description

Folios: 448-448v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter I. Agreement.

First party: Walter de Kilinngehol [Killingholme], knight.

Second party: Margaret de Lascy [Lacy], countess of Lincoln and Pembroke.

Place or subject: Walter gave and granted to Margaret her heirs forever in exchange seventy-five acres of land in the vill of Halton upon Humber [East Halton], namely four selions of land abutting upon the court of Ralph Bust; and four selions of land at Folcrikehil; and six selions of land at Hardelandes; and four selions of land upon Stenlandes; and eight selions of land upon Bartonehil; and five selions of land in Hihelmare; and three selions of land in Wra; and seven selions of land upon Sandberg; and two selions of land at Brigesti; and seven selions of land at Haldturfegraves; and eight selions of land upon Kideshale; and four selions of land upon Taveles; and two selions of land in Waterlandes; and three selions of land upon Wrangbonelandes; and two selions of land upon Caldewellehil; and two selions of land upon Wainthorn; and three selions of land at Coleswelle; and four selions upon Strenges; and one selion of land upon Steinlandes; and four selions of land upon Wainthorn; and twelve selions of land upon Laghelandes; and eight selions of land upon Gummeschipenes; and five selions of land upon Godmare. Margaret also granted to Walter de Kilinngeholm [Killingholme], for those lands in this vill seventy-four acres of land, namely six selions of land upon Suthetoftes; and two selions of land upon Winnemare; and six selions of land upon Langfurlanges; and eight selions of land upon Kirkehil; and six selions of land upon Mammares; and nine selions of land upon Hareberga; and twelve selions of land in Willebycroft; and twelve selions of land upon Milnehil; and nine selions of land upon Sclethfurlanges; and two selions of land upon Suthetoft; and two selions of land at the door of the mill; and one selion of land upon Arneberg; and eight selions of land upon Caleberg, abutting upon Willebysich; and four selions of land upon Gayre; and 6 selions of land upon Thremares; and two selions of land next to the marsh, abutting upon Maregathe; and one selion of land upon Feldetoftes; and eight selions of land upon Sandeputtes; and four selions of land towards the north of Feldetoftes. To hold to Margaret and her heirs in exchange for those lands contained in the deed which Walter has from Margaret.
