First party: Jeliana, daughter of John, son of Alexander de Weltona [Welton].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Two and a half acres of land and one perch in the territory of Welletona [Welton] which John Belle of Lud [Louth] and Bassilia, sister of Jeliana, sold to him, according to the tenor of a certain charter and grant. Jeliana and her heirs will acquit this land from all services, suits of courts and demands for a fee farm contained in the charter she has from John and his sister. For one halfpenny, to be paid to John. Jeliana will not permit him or his heirs to be distrained for any service from that tenement.
