First party: Alan de Tatton and Petronella, his wife, with the assent of Robert, her son and heir.
Second party: Ranulf, earl of Chester [Ranulf de Blundeville].
Place or subject: The whole of the tenement which Alan and Petronella had in Mabertorp [Mablethorpe] in Lindesia [Lindsey], which William son of Walter held of them, and they quitclaimed that tenement forever to the earl and his heirs.
County: [Lincolnshire].
