Folio: 446v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter I. Agreement.
First party: Walter de Cantelupo [Cantilupe].
Second party: William de Roum' [Roumare].
Place or subject: Walter is to hand over in the quindene of Michaelmas 1198 the charter which William gave to Richard de Duno and Ralph and Richard, his sons, concerning the marriage of the daughters to Ralph Kantes, namely concerning the land of Pissi. If he does not hand it over at that date, then he is to put in pledge all his land of Sumersete [Somerset] which Walter holds of William until William has that charter.
