Folio: 446. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter I. Grant.
First party: Guy de la Valle.
Second party: William son of Walthef, his freeman.
Place or subject: One toft and three bovates of land in Toresby [Thoresby] which William's father held, with all appurtenances within the vill and outside. To hold of Guy and his heirs in fee and inheritance freely, quietly and honourably, paying 10s yearly to him and his heirs, namely 5s at the feast of St Botolph and 5s at Michaelmas, for all service and exaction. Saving foreign service.
County: [Lincolnshire].
