Second party: Andrew, son of John de Edelington [Edlington].
Place or subject: The whole land which Ralph, son of Simon de Hanington gave to him in the territory of Edelington [Edlington], just as Ralph's charter, which Andrew has from him, bears witness. To hold to Andrew and his heirs in fee and inheritance of the earl and his heirs freely and quietly, paying yearly to the earl and his heirs half a pound of pepper at the feast of St John Baptist for all service.
